Ashley's Regional Career
When Ashley swapped Sydney for Dubbo, she wasn't convinced regional life would come with the same career opportunities.

Five years on, the move has delivered more than Ashley expected. As Business Manager across Dubbo City & Gilgandra Toyota, Ashley has built a career recognised well beyond the dealership. Ashley was named Employee of the Year in 2025 and received national recognition as Toyota Finance Eastern Region Business Manager of the Year. Yet ask Ashley about working here, and the highlights aren't limited to career milestones.
