Role Overview
We’re looking for a self-motivated and detail-driven numbers person who finds genuine satisfaction in reconciling accounts and balancing the books. In this fast-paced role, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring everything adds up behind the scenes so the rest of the business can move confidently forward.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice management and payment processing.
- Assist with daily accounting functions, including data entry, bank account and system reconciliations, and journal entries with razor-sharp precision.
- Month-end and year-end close processes.
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Collaborating with departments to ensure accurate and timely work flow.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide general administrative support to the Administration team.
- Contribute to various accounting projects as needed.

Skills and Qualifications
- Currently studying towards or have recently completed a degree in Accounting OR a minimum 5 years’ experience as an Accounts Clerk.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent problem solver.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong computer skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- A desire to learn and develop within the accounting profession.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
